The main objective of this research is to compare adaptively the physical development of Eastern and Western border cities of the country with a case study of Zabol and Piranshahr cities. For this purpose, ETM, TIRS, and OLI sensor images of Landsat satellites 5, 7, and 8 were selected for the period of 1986-2015 (1365-1394), and Holdren models and Shannon Entropy were used. After geo-referencing the images, Fuzzy method has been used to classify the changes of development, and the urban expansion was foreseen for the year 2030 (1409) using the combination method of Markov chains and automated cells. The results show that during the 29 years of study, the lands constructed in Zabol city has reached from 2578.10 hectares in 1986 (1365) to 3419.92 hectares in 2015 (1394), and in the city of Piranshahr from 612.10 hectares in 1986 to 1785.90 hectares in 2015. During this period, the greatest land use changes in Zabol were observed in agricultural lands with 58.76 % and the least changes were in gardens with 0.42 %. In the city of Piranshahr, however, the highest rate of land use changes were observed in agricultural lands with 67.88% and the least changes in wastelands with 2.16%. According to the entropy model, it has been shown that in the last 29 years, the physical expansion of cities has been growing sporadically and non-densely. But the rate of shapelessness has decreased in the city of Piranshahr compared to the year of 1986. Between the years of 1986 and 2015, about 85% of physical growth in Zabol city was related to population growth and 15% of the city growth was related to the horizontal and spiral growth of the city, while in the city of Piranshahr, all the city's physical growth has resulted from the population growth during the aforementioned years due to the negative gross per capita. Considering the projected population during these 15 years, it is expected that 364.4 ha in the city of Zabol and 15.94 ha in the city of Piranshahr will be added to the urban constructed lands. The adaptive comparison of the cities with regard to the population growth has led to an uneven development of the cities, which requires the guidance, growth and development of the cities with appropriate and desirable plans.}, keywords = {Physical development,Border cities,City of Zabol,City of Piranshahr,Multi-temporal satellite imagery,Holdren model,Shannon entropy model}, title_fa = {مقایسه تطبیقی توسعه فیزیکی شهرهای مرزی شرق و غرب کشور با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای چند زمانه (مطالعه موردی : شهرهای زابل و پیرانشهر)}, abstract_fa = {رشد و توسعه فیزیکی شهرهای مرزی با توجه به ساختارهای دفاعی و امنیتی، مهاجرت و حرکات جمعیتی، زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی و حمل و نقل، مدیریت شهری، منابع معیشتی، تنوع آداب و رسوم فرهنگی و ... تحت تأثیر ارتباطات داخلی و خارجی طی سال‌های مختلف دچار تغییر و تحولاتی شده است.هدف اصلی این تحقیق مقایسه تطبیقی توسعه فیزیکی شهرهای مرزی شرق و غرب کشور با مطالعه موردی شهرهای زابل و پیرانشهر می‌باشد.بدین منظور تصاویر سنجنده‌هایETM، TIRS و OLI ماهواره لندست5، 7 و 8 در بازه زمانی 1394-1365 انتخاب گردیده و مدل‌های هلدرن و آنتروپی شانون مورد استفاده قرار قرار گرفتند. پس از زمین مرجع کردن تصاویر، با روش فازی به طبقه بندی تغییرات توسعه پرداخته شده و با استفاده از روش ترکیبی زنجیره‌های مارکوف و سلول‌های خودکار گستردگی شهری برای سال 1409 پیش بینی شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که طی 29 سال مورد مطالعه، در شهر زابل اراضی ساخته شده از 10/2578 هکتار در سال 1365 به 92/3419 هکتار در سال 1394، و در شهر پیرانشهر از 10/612 هکتار در سال 5631 به 90/1785هکتار در سال 1394رسیده است. در شهر زابل طی این مدت بیشترین تغییرات کاربری، در اراضی کشاورزی با 76/58درصد و کمترین تغییرات در باغات با 42/0 درصد صورت گرفته است. در شهر پیرانشهر بیشترین میزان تغییرات کاربری، در اراضی کشاورزی با 88/67 درصد و کمترین تغییرات در اراضی بایر با 16/2 درصد بوده است. براساس مدل آنتروپی نشان داده شده است که طی29 سال اخیر، گسترش فیزیکی شهرها، باز هم به صورت پراکنده و غیرمتراکم در حال رشد بوده است. اما از میزان بی قوارگی نسبت به سال 1365 در شهر پیرانشهر کاسته شده است.همچنین در فاصله‌ی سال‌های 1394- 1365 حدود 85 درصد از رشد فیزیکی شهر زابل، مربوط به رشد جمعیت و 15 درصد رشد شهر مربوط به رشد افقی و اسپرال شهر بوده در حالی که در شهر پیرانشهر طی سال‌های مذکور با توجه به منفی شدن سرانه ناخالص، تمام رشد فیزیکی شهر حاصل از رشد جمعیت بوده است. پیش بینی می‌گردد که طی این 15 سال در شهر زابل با توجه به جمعیت پیش بینی شده، 49/364 هکتار و در شهر پیرانشهر 15/94 هکتار به اراضی ساخته شده شهری اضافه خواهد شد.مقایسه تطبیقی شهرها با توجه به رشد جمعیت، توسعه نامتوازن شهرها را در پی داشته که نیازمند هدایت، رشد و توسعه شهرها با برنامه‌های مطلوب و مناسب می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه فیزیکی – شهرهای مرزی – زابل – پیرانشهر,تصاویر ماهواره ای چندزمانه – مدل هلدرن – مدل آنتروپی شانون}, url = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_22139.html}, eprint = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_22139_f1265c64b5cc95a0e12223a373ea7ae1.pdf} }
