In geomorphology, two different baseline levels are considered, one of which is flat, which forms the basis of the accurate calculation in horizontal surveying in which the curvature of the earth's surface is considered. The other is the elevation base level according to which the height of points are measured and calculated. In other words, in geodetic surveying the coordinates of different points are obtained from a series of initial points with known coordinates by base line parameters. Due to the development of different methods in surveying, several datums or baselines have been defined and produced.   Today, several datum have been defined and produced for development of geodetic surveying and satellite geodetic methods, and there is no need to have more than one datum in this method. But this does not mean a complete replacement of all datums by a single one, since in practice there are initial surveying parameters and quantities that each depend on the different datums. On the other hand, the overall change of datums will require a century to transform all the information in the maps of a country into a new base level. For example, the issue of determining the sovereignty over the border lines of the US state has been on since centuries ago, and even by drawing up a map of disputed borders, military and civilian users still prefer the old systems of surveying measurement over new ones due to special reasons. Consequently, making general changes in determining the base level not only does not eliminate the problem, but may add another variable to initial problems.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {سیستم های ژئودزی (قسمت اول)}, abstract_fa = {هر کمیت عددی یا هندسی و یا مجموعه ای از کمیت های دارای مقدار عددی، که به عنوان یک مرجع یا مبنا برای کمیت های دیگر به خدمت گرفته می شوند را سطح مبنا یا دیتم گویند. در ژئومورفولوژی دو نوع سطح مبنا مختلف در نظر گرفته شده است، یکی سطح مبنا مسطحاتی، که پایه و اساس محاسبات دقیق نقشه برداری افقی را تشکیل می دهد که در آن انحنای سطح زمین در نظر گرفته می شود. و دیگری سطح مبنا ارتفاعی که ارتفاع نقاط نسبت به آن اندازه گیری و محاسبه می شوند.  به عبارت دیگر در نقشه برداری های ژئودتیک، مختصات نقاط مختلف، از یک سری نقاط اولیه مختصات داریا پارامترهای دیتم و سطح مبنا به دست می آیند. به دلیل توسعه روش های مختلف در نقشه برداری چندین دیتم یا سطح مبنا تعریف و ایجاد شده است. امروزه برای توسعه نقشه برداری و روش ژئودزی ماهواره ای چندین دیتم یا سطح مبنا تعریف و ایجاد شده است، در این روش نیازی به داشتن بیش از یک سطح مبنا نیست. اما این به معنی تعویض کامل یک سطح مبنا نیست از آن جهت که در عمل، پارامترها و کمیتهای نقشه برداری اولیه وجود دارند که هر کدام به سطوح مبنای مختلف وابسته هستند. از طرفی با تعویض کلی سطح مبنا موجب می گردد تا تبدیل تمامی اطلاعات موجود در نقشه های یک کشور به سطح مبنا جدید یک قرن طول بکشد. بطور مثال مسئله تعیین حق حاکمیت خطوط مرزی کشور ایالات متحده قرنها پیش مطرح بوده و حتی هنوز هم با تهیه نقشه از مرزهای مورد اختلاف، استفاده کنندگان نظامی و غیرنظامی، به علت موارد خاص سیستم های قدیمی اندازه گیری نقشه برداری را بر سیستم های جدید ترجیح داده و مایل به استفاده از آنها هستند، لذا انجام تغییرات کلی در تعییین سطح مبنا نه تنها مشکلی را حذف نمی کند بلکه ممکن است متغیر دیگری را نیز به مشکلات اولیه اضافه نماید.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_28464.html}, eprint = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_28464_92d1f587eaf995366e3bd62e59041d4d.pdf} }
