The history of these countries testifies to the fact that the transfer of technology without its adaptation with the host country's economic, social, cultural and political conditions will only lead to disruption of their internal order and balance, and eventually pushing them towards becoming an unbalanced country whose various parts are not subsystems of a national super-system. Therefore, employment and development of Internet services in these countries requires care, expertise and study, so that while considering the general conditions of the host country and the causes hindering the impact of this new technology, the scientific process of adaptation and provision of grounds be conducted in such a way that society will ultimately benefit from its advantages and undertake its guidance. Utilization of the Internet in developing countries has grown rapidly in recent years, but this expansion is mostly an urban phenomenon, and the majority of rural communities still cannot sufficiently use the services existing in their neighboring urban communities. Therefore, relevant organizations such as FAO should lead the development and expansion of the Internet in order to meet the needs of rural and farmer communities, and the comprehensive strategy of FAO should: - Provide grounds for regional policy-making and coordination with the aim of employment of the Internet in the service of rural development. - Make the users in developing countries familiar with relevant information services available on the Internet and FAO. - Support innovative Internet applications and information services for rural development.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {اهمیت اینترنت در توسعه روستایی و کشاورزی}, abstract_fa = {اینترنت از جمله فنآوری های جدید است که در چارچوب رهیافت ارتباط توسعه ای می تواند روند توسعه کشورهای در حال توسعه را تسریع نماید. تاریخ این کشورها گواه براین مدعاست که انتقال فنآوری بدون انطباق آن با شرایط اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی کشور میزبان، به مثابه برهم زدن نظم داخلی و تعادل آنها و نهایتاً سوق دادن آنها به سمت کشوری نامتعادل است که بخش های مختلف آن زیر سیستم از یک فراسیستم ملی نیستند. لذا به کارگیری و توسعه خدمات اینترنت در این کشورها نیازمند دقت، تخصص و مطالعه است تا ضمن در نظرگرفتن شرایط عمومی کشور میزبان و وقفه های تاثیرگذاری این فنآوری جدید، فرآیند علمی سازگاری و انطباق و نیز زمینه سازی و انطباق و نیز زمینه سازی در مورد آن صورت گیرد تا نهایتاً جامعه از منافع آن بهره مند شود و هدایت آن را برعهده گیرد. استفاده از اینترنت در کشورهای در حال توسعه در سالهای اخیر به سرعت روبه گسترش است، به طوری که این بسط و توسعه بیشتر یک پدیده شهری است و هنوز هم غالب جوامع روستایی نمی توانند از خدمات موجود در جوامع شهری همجوارشان به خوبی استفاده کنند. از این رو سازمانهای ذیربط مثل فائو (سازمان خواروبار کشاورزی ملل متحد) باید در جهت تأمین نیازهای جامعه روستایی و کشاورزی، توسعه و گسترش اینترنت را رهبری کنند و راهبرد همه جانبه و فراگیر سازمان خواروبار کشاورزی باید: - زمینه ساز سیاست گذاری و هماهنگی منطقه ای راهبرد اینترنت در خدمت عمران روستایی باشد. - کاربران کشورهای در حال توسعه را با خدمات اطلاع رسانی مناسب و موجود در اینترنتو سازمان فائو آشنا سازد. - از کاربردهای نوآورانه اینترنت و خدمات اطلاع رسانی برای عمران روستایی حمایت کند.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_28513.html}, eprint = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_28513_26c45b38bb55f0091f78d587a4bf772d.pdf} }
