Raining in Italy in the year 1639 was measured by Castelli’s rain gauge. In 1653, Ferdinand formed a network of observation stations. The longest climatological observations began since 1664 in Paris (Linker, 1992). Climatological observations continued to make progress along with technological advancement. Today, international meteorological networks cover all around the world; climatic elements are observed several times a day and transmitted to national and international meteorological organizations and analyzed there, and relevant statistics and maps are published every year. Frozen precipitation, especially snow, has received less attention in our country, and comprehensive works on this phenomenon are infrequent. Difficulties of the task and study in mountainous areas which are the main extent for frozen precipitation have constrained research activities in this regard.Snow is one of the important factors in environment and, as a type of precipitation, is a suitable reserve for storing water over long periods (Suruk, 1993). Slow hydrological reaction, avalanche, special micro-climate, intense reflection of solar energy and other factors have made snow as one of the most important and interesting climatic phenomena.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {دیباچه ای بر پیشینه مطالعات منابع برف در ایران و جهان (مأخذشناسی برف)}, abstract_fa = {مطالعات مدون مربوط به آب و هوا با اختراع رطوبت سنج و بادسنج توسط داوینچی در سال 1500 میلادی شروع گردید و با اختراع دماسنج در 1593 میلادی توسط گالیله، شکل کامل تری به خود گرفت. ریزش باران در ایتالیا در 1639 میلادی توسط باران سنج کاستلی اندازه گیری شد. در سال 1653 فردینالد یک شبکه از ایستگاه های دیدبانی را ایجاد کرد. طولانی ترین مشاهدات اقلیمی در پاریس از 1664 آغاز شد (لینکر، 1992). دیدبانی های مربوط به آب و هوا، بالندگی خود را همزمان با پیشرفت تکنولوژی ادامه داد. امروزه شبکه های جهانی هواشناسی سرتاسر کره زمین را در تار و پود خود گرفته است و عناصر هواشناسی هر شبانه روز چندین نوبت دیدبانی شده و به سازمانهای هواشناسی کشوری و جهانی مخابره می شوند و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می گیرند و آمارها و نقشه های مربوطه هر ساله منتشر می گردند. در مورد ریزش های منجمد بالاخص برف در کشور ما عنایت کمتری شده است و کارهای جامع و فراگیر برروی این پدیده اقلیمی کمتر صورت گرفته است. صعویت کار و مطالعه در مناطق کوهستانی که گستره اصلی ریزش های منجمد است. امکان پژوهش در این زمینه را محدود ساخته است. برف یکی از عوامل مهم محیط زیست بوده و به عنوان فرمی از بارش، مخزن طبیعی مناسبی جهت ذخیره سازی آب برای مدتی طولانی است(سوروک، 1993). عکس العمل کند هیدرولوژیکی، تولید بهمن ایجاد میکروکلیمای ویژه، انعکاس شدید انرژی خورشید و عوامل متعدد دیگر، برف را در شمار یکی از مهمترین و جالب ترین پدیده های اقلیمی قرار داده است.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_28637.html}, eprint = {https://www.sepehr.org/article_28637_182530b9117000c49b2fde7fee58071d.pdf} }
