This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the spatial organization of North Khorasan Province.Using the models of entropy coefficient, stratigraphical, urban first and Arthur Smilies model,it investigates and analyzes the urban system of North Khorasan province during the last decade. The results of the research show that the urban network of the province is relatively orderly, due to the sovereignty of the middle and small cities in the province.
