A data set is usually called a database, and a set of programs is usually called database management. Due to the importance of information in all plans at all levels the database is considered a valuable source. Consequently, its concepts and principles need to be developed. The purpose of this article is to present the overall features of the database system. In addition, the features and capabilities of the database system are expressed.
