The southern shores of the Caspian Sea are in more desirable conditions in terms of developmental requirements due to the geographical location and topographical condition of the region, and it is hoped that the above-mentioned goals will be achieved through proper management and planning. In this collection, after introducing the Caspian Sea, its unique characteristics have been described and the issues surrounding it have been studied, and finally solutions have been suggested in relation to these issues. با توجه به اهمیت دریاى خزر از حیث خصوصیات منحصربفردش و نقشى که در حیات اقتصادى کشورهاى مشترک المنافع بازى مى‏ کند شایسته است در کنترل و پیشگیرى از هرگونه بحرانى (آلودگى- شیلات- نوسانات آب دریا-نظام حقوقى دریا و...) در آن کوشا بوده و مسئولانه و با دوراندیشى عمل کنیم. سواحل جنوبى دریاى خزر با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایى و وضعیت توپوگرافى منطقه در شرایط مطلوبترى از حیث توسعه قراردارد و امیداست با مدیریت و برنامه ریزى صحیح به اهداف فوق دست یافت. در این مجموعه پس از معرفى دریاى خزر به بیان مشخصه‏ هاى بى نظیر آن پرداخته و مسائل گریبانگیر در آن مورد بررسى قرارگرفته و راهکارهایى در ارتباط با آنها پیشنهاد گردیده است. https://www.sepehr.org/article_27945_0c9aecd2692cfe28067bb0eba9ae409a.pdf
