In developed societies, a major proportion of the population live in cities and they are immersed in urban life style. Thus, village and rural life is a strange and yet interesting concept for the urban population. This is the main stimulus for changing villages into a tourism attraction. Rural tourism is one of the influential factors in the relation between city and village which will have some consequences. Thus, investigating tourism in holiday homes and the mutual relation between city and village is of a significant applied importance.

Juvenile water is one type of underground waters that is formed by cooling of magmatic water vapor in the solid crust of the Earth. This water was first mentioned by Austrian geologist Suss, and so far no significant reservoir of this water has been reported. Every year, due to internal and external volcanic activity, some water enters the water cycle. This water is referred to as "juvenile water" because of its first entrance into water cycle. Currently, the amount of juvenile water added to the total water available on the planet due to volcanic activity is estimated to be one tenth of one kilometer cubed. Although the amount of this water is low, but given the very important role that water plays in human life and the lack of water at the present time, more attention should be paid to it. Deep water (or synthesized and pure) is one of those kinds of waters that originate from very great depths of the earth and can be the result of the steam of the last stage of molten magma in the earth associated with volcanic manifestations, and from those waters that have long remained between the earth's levels, and are found in some places, especially during oil drilling. Therefore, juvenile waters have deep origin, and are formed through the combination of hydrogen and oxygen and with the hardening of Inner and outer melting materials. These waters are often the primary producers of deep warm mineral water.

New cities have a history of several thousand years as newly built settlements without initial nuclei, which are based on previously thought plan and structure (Narimani, 1998, p. 12). In Iran, due to changes caused by influence of capitalism, urban network and system have gone out of equilibrium, and phenomena such as concentration of regional metropolises, population accumulation, massive migration and accelerated urbanization have come into existence that have in turn led to many problems. In this regard, the policy of constructing new cities was raised in late 1985 as a practical and scientific solution for reduction of these problems and as a new experience and fundamental movement in the country's urban system.

In this paper, the concept of Thermal Island has been discussed in general. First of all, the definition of the city’s thermal island and its history have been presented using illustrations and diagrams. Next, the climate variables affecting thermal islands have been considered. The purpose of the research is to introduce the city’s thermal island or the point of maximum of heat in the city, which mostly includes the city center. The term “thermal island” refers to the fact that city is warmer than its suburbs and surrounding area, which in some cases can show in a difference in temperature of 5-8 ° C. The research method in the paper is documentary, secondary and with the help of utilization of electronic sources and various websites. In addition, the hypothetical factors that create the cap layer covering the city’s thermal island are mentioned, and the radiation level in the urban area, its comparison with the suburbs and the effects it has on human health and the environment have been studied. Finally, strategies for dealing with Thermal Island through improving public behavior in relation to protecting the environment, developing green space, etc. have been examined and proposed.

This research, as can be inferred from it, is a concise essay on the outlines of the broad rural issues of Iran which has considered the matter from a special point of view, and has emphasized on the unknown aspects of human qualities and the role of thoughts and ideology in rural growth and development. This attitude, while facing the probability of superficiality, has the advantage of comprehensive view. This is the general quality of such topics in social sciences and geography that, contrary to many other sciences, especially pure ones, which practice a deep consideration of limited areas of studies, are superficial but comprehensive. This characteristic of social and human sciences is, in one sense, a great privilege that makes them always examine and plan for humans and their environment from a position of control and knowledge of all aspects and facts with a broad and comprehensive view, and in the other direction It seems to be negative and deterrent, because they have to refuse restricting themselves to a certain issue and thus avoid exploring the depths of any natural or human problem; instead of compensating for this defect, they utilize the results of research in other fields, especially geology, botany , ecology, oceanography, hydrology, soil science, astronomy, archeology, economics, statistics, mathematics, architecture, etc.

The importance of environment as the dynamic context of human activities is still the major topic of sciences especially geography, and the environmental causality is active along with human abilities in creation of landscapes and living places. The terms “environmental coercion” and “cultural coercion” represent sharp aspects of causal attitudes which have been modified in today’s scientific geography in which every environmental factor and human being have been given their real position, leading to creation of the term “environmental causality”.Today human tries to turn this physical planet into a “cultural planet”, and to provide every person with a healthy life, organize the environment and keep it as human being’s “abode.”The subject studied in this paper is the environmental causality which, one the one hand, requires other discussions as prerequisite due to scientific approach and sensitivity of determination of the problem’s limits, and on the other, its breadth and delicacy necessitates keeping content of any research about it within certain limits and avoiding marginal and descriptive discussions; therefore, we mostly pay attention to fundamental and major points which have received less attention, and sort our material according to the following list:Introduction, lexical examination, causality, determinism and free will, determinism, free will, environmental causality, conclusion and sources.
