Growth in urbanism and industry have provided the urban environment with many recreational possibilities and citizens can spend their free time in different clubs, computer game centers, etc. Yet, using natural environment, green space and parks will always be interesting and desirable due to human nature. Providing a quiet, beautiful and healthy life for the citizens need a creative thinking. Creating beauty needs a beautiful mind, which in turn is created in a beautiful space. Decorative flowers in beautiful vases, soft sound of water, green trees and grasses, comfortable benches, appropriate statues create a peaceful space in the park in which urban raucousness is replaced with peace of mind. In order to develop urban parks into appropriate spaces without stress and unnatural elements, some standards and principles seem essential. Considering some standards in building benches, water tanks, lightening, etc. help us in achieving main goals of urban planning (health, tranquility, beauty). Although green spaces play an essential role in maintaining the balance, they cannot prevent damages threatening suburban spaces. Considering this, it is clear that without a general plan green space cannot have the necessary efficiency in reducing environmental pollution. Unfortunately, some items and issues are seen in parks surrounding Zayande Rud whose status is lower than the standard, among which we can refer to most of rest rooms, water tanks, children playing areas, etc.

Authentication refers to a change in the structure, including that of social and demographic changes in the state of the area within the city's general layer. This theory is an important theory in changes in social groups in recent decades. In fact, the physical and economic changes of metropolitan and suburban centers, especially in the major cities of the Western countries, have led to demographic changes. Given the importance of this issue, the purpose of this paper is to examine the role of authentication in social class changes in cities, especially urban centers. To investigate, we have tried to analyze and analyze these changes using various sources of internal and external resources and available secondary resources. The results of this study show that by imposing policies such as rent control, establishment of public institutions and tax rebates, the negative effects of authentication can be reduced.

The quality of development and its infrastructures has created major issues in the development process of the country's regions due to unfavorable and centralized planning in the past. Various dimensions and structural complexity of this issue are among the major setbacks in providing the appropriate model for distribution of credits. In order to solve the problems caused by regional imbalances, the first step is to identify and classify the development of areas in terms of economy, infrastructure and communication, sociocultural conditions, health care, education, ... . The purpose of this research is to measure the level of possible development of human settlements in Shahrekord city, and the studied areas are rural districts of this city. The methodology used in this study is utilization of correlation, secondary and analytical models. Based on this, 37 indicators were evaluated in the form of seven general indicators (education, health, public facilities, communication, tourism, economic and internal) among 11 villages, and their results have been analyzed using CA and GM models. The research findings show that the distribution of developmental levels among rural districts of Shahrekord is unbalanced and the differences and dispersion of educational and health indices have the most effect on this imbalance.

The paths of three urban amusement parks in different locations in Istanbul were evaluated by students of the University of Istanbul in three separate sites for examination of security, landscape quality, or both. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of personal safety in urban recreational parks and indicates whether there is a sufficient assurance through useful studies of using such a judgment in recognizing the effect of the feeling of safety in the park's designed areas to see the relationship between the sense of safety and the appearance and visual charms of the urban parks? The results of the research show that there is a strong relationship between visible parts, aesthetics and observed security in the three studied parks. Other research findings show that there is a weak correlation between visible safety and beauty.

Cities, as living beings, are always going through a cycle of physical life in the course of their evolutionary development; they are born, grow, increase in quantity, become vaster and take new roles, become old and suffer from erosion. Meanwhile, humans, in order to preserve the identity and authenticity of the city, and to realize the sustainability and survival of the city and its fabric and especially decayed fabric, takes measures, one of which is that of urban endogenous development. The term " endogenous development" is, based on its own definition, renovation, improvement, and, in other words, making existing urban areas usable again, which is usually done in areas that have lost their integrity and are on the way to collapse. In fact, the city's endogenous development is the optimal use of the potential of the city and a new vision of life in the city, especially the decayed fabric. The purpose of this paper is to investigate ways to achieve endogenous development of decayed fabric through regeneration, renovation, reconstruction, as well as barriers on its way. In this paper, through a descriptive and analytical approach and by documentary method, we explore and identify the ways of endogenous development of decayed fabrics and their challenges ahead. The results of this research show that applying methods such as regeneration, improvement, renovation and reconstruction with respect to people's awareness and economic, social and cultural issues, etc., and the elaboration of issues can be used to develop the endogenous development of urban decayed fabrics and to prevent population elusion in decayed fabric.
