In other words, human environment somehow represent the dominant idea of that society. In the background, dominant ideology guide these changes. Regarding the significant influences of these opinions on urban environment, it is necessary to investigate them. The present study explores the influence of neoliberalism policy on the urban environment focusing on cities in the United Kingdom. Neoliberalism emerged in 1970s and 1980s as a leading policy. This idea was born by the capitalistic world. Here, the concept of globalization is a context for this idea. What is known as neoliberalism first began in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. The present study seeks to investigate the influence of this ideology on British urban space. The research method used is descriptive-analytic.

The concept of globalization is studied in different scientific fields. Globalization began in the realm of economy and draws to political and cultural realms. Different scientific fields see globalization as the idea of eliminating geographic borders and reducing distances and there is a consensus that development in communication and information technology are important factors in the formation of this inclusive phenomena. The modern approach to globalization enters the realm of natural systems and analyzes challenges facing human society from the view point of structuralism as the environmental philosophy of geography. The spread of this system in the world, absence of geographic borders limiting their function and their systematic relation can be considered among similarities and common features of economic-political systems and natural systems. Though these systems were present in this planet before human beings, interaction with human activities disturbed their behavioral procedure. They appear as a serious challenge facing human beings and with the present trend of human economic and industrial activities, their integrity and functional scale increase every day. In this way, they are turning into important and critical challenges facing the world. With the appearance of modern challenges like climate changes and environmental crisis in the field of environment, the issue of exploiting and protecting natural environment and its systems has changed into a global concept. Geography considers such natural and environmental crisis as a natural topic for its studies. It can be successful in introducing natural systems to citizens and different groups using its comprehensive knowledge of phenomena behavior and relations and human function. It also has the capability of providing influential solutions, preventing and solving global challenges.

Globalization is happening and an ambiguous future is approaching. There are controversial perspectives regarding the influence of this process on geographic space. Some try to prove the importance of geography and its influence and sustainability in social life, while others do not predict a bright future for geography and the concept of territory. Movements unbound to a space, non-territorial entities, organizations and companies bespeak of a new kind of social relation. An emerging phenomena is evolving which will eliminate concepts like space, boundary, territory, district, area, diversity and difference and implies the death or end of geography. Therefore, fundamental investigation in the nature and reality of geography is one of the main critical responsibility of geographers, to which this article seeks to contribute. Neorealism and future studies approach are applied.

The border is the main factor in defining the country and is one of the cornerstones of the science of political geography, but following many discussions about open borders in the European Union, today we witness border elimination issues within the framework of country elimination. Though globalists - which form a wide range - herald the existence of a steady process of border elimination in the future, but we can simultaneously witness the strengthening of the borders in some parts of the world. In this regard, this article describes the reconciliation and geo-economic and geopolitical linkages on the northern borders of the United States with regard to the process of globalization based on a neorealist approach. This means that, with economic liberalization within NAFTA, security needs to address the various threats at the border have become more and more important. The satisfactory solution to this has been a technological one that has brought the geo-nuclear and geopolitical linkage and reconciliation along the border.

The Persian Gulf is an area in the Middle East that is geopolitically important and attracted by world powers due to its unique features throughout history. In this article, the author seeks to investigate the explanation of the conditions, characteristics, issues and problems of the Gulf states as well as the causes of failure in the Persian Gulf states to establish a relationship between them at high levelsو and tries to provide an appropriate solution to prevent possible crises. This region has always been paid great attention by international powers due to the availability of special oil reserves and a special strategic location, due to which the powers in adopting their foreign policy inevitably have to take into account the effective components of the countries of the region and its potential conditions.
Accordingly, one of the issues that is important and somehow plays a key role in determining the foreign policy of the countries of the region is the Crisis. For this purpose, one of the issues that needs to be addressed in this regard, is to provide appropriate strategies and to adopt an active strategy to manage and overcome existing crises (Management Crisis) with regard to the need to create, maintain and consolidate the mutual or multilateral regional relations and the necessity of determining the strategy for political, economic and cultural cohesion of the neighboring countries in order to fulfil the security of the Persian Gulf region.

The focus of the present article is on the effects of globalization on the structure of the cities of Islamic countries, and in particular the social, economic and physical structure of these cities. In this paper, after presenting an introduction to the process of globalization and its characteristics, the effects of this process on each of the above dimensions have been studied. One of the most important effects of globalization on the social structure of cities of the Islamic countries referred to in this article is the separation of the sacred space (Lahuti) from the unholy space (Nasuti) in the Islamic cities and, consequently, the loss of the integrity and unifying quality of these cities. The effects of globalization in the economic structure of Islamic countries can be summed up in issues such as dependent economics, an unequal relationship of the center- around type to the metropolitan western cities, single-product economy, dual economy, and severe class inequality. Changes in the physical structure of Islamic cities through the process of globalization have also been examined in general in two separate categories: the changes that have taken place in the natural elements and environment of these cities and the changes that have been made in its built and man-made environment. Therefore, in the author's view, the effects of globalization in the structure of Islamic cities have generally been unpleasant and, on the whole, seriously damaged these cities economically, socially and culturally, and led them toward an unsustainable development. However, it is also important to note that globalization is an epidemic and unavoidable process, and it is never possible to find solutions to the problems created in the structure of the cities of Islamic countries in isolation and avoidance of this process, but rather in considering the globalization of cities together with the native identity and qualities of societies as a possible and desirable solution and the necessary way to the realization of sustainable urban development. This is the challenge that continues to confront the urban policymakers until reaching executive solutions.

Globalization is a term now found in many scientific texts, and practically all scholars have had certain contemplations about it. Undoubtedly, if there are thoughts about achievement of globalization, both desirable and unwanted results of it must be taken into account, and it is certain that a process of this power involves influence and change. The process of globalization on the one hand, and its impacts on cities on the other, indicate the need to pay attention to the interactions of these two, which is vital for cities as the main and most important human settlements. This discourse, along with presenting a brief history of globalization, highlights impacts of this process on cities, and examines the nature of these effects in developed and underdeveloped or developing countries in economic, socio-cultural, environmental and physical terms.
