Extended Abstract Introduction Today, tourism is one of the main sources of income for developed countries and some developing countries and the countries of the world, especially the developing ones, are seeking to advance and develop their tourism industry with well-codified plans. One of the types of tourism that has received more attention in recent decades is ecotourism or nature tourism. Iran has a very high potential in attracting tourists in terms of various ecological conditions and characteristics. The northern regions leading to the Caspian Sea are among the regions of Iran that at the same time, it has three important ecological zones (foothills, plains and coasts). Namka Abroud tourist town is one of the areas that has improved in recent years in attracting tourists and ecotourism. Studies on ecotourism and its development have been conducted. These studies can be divided into three main categories. Studies have identified ecological factors that determine ecotourism areas, most of which have focused on factors such as land slope, slope direction, altitude, water resources, access to roads, rainfall, and annual temperature. Other studies emphasize the methodological identification of ecotourism areas. The main methods emphasized are hierarchical analysis methods and geographical systems. The third group of studies focused on how regions were developed. Among the points emphasized by these studies measured to attract ecotourism to preserve its resources and its sustainability, and finally to develop the economic situation of the region.Materials and Methods Data and research method: The study data were collected from the Meteorological Organization of Iran, the National Mapping Organization and the Road Engineering Company. Point temperature and precipitation data were obtained using the Kriging spatial interpolation method for the town surface. In this study, the ecological capabilities of Namak Abroud tourist town have been tried by AHP hierarchical analysis method and GIS geographical analysis system of eight layers of ecological slope and slope direction, altitude, annual rainfall, distance from road network, annual temperature, Land use and catchments should be investigated. The hierarchical analysis process is a flexible, simple, and robust method used to make decisions in situations where conflicting decision criteria make it difficult to select options. This method was developed in 1980 by El Thomas Saati. It has been proposed and has had several applications in various sciences. A basic method for testing the AHP method is the pairwise comparison method. This method significantly reduces the conceptual complexity of decision making. Because only two components are examined at a time. Results and discussion he results showed that the importance of land slope compared to the slope direction layer is quadruple, furthermore the importance of land slope compared to altitude is sextuple, the average annual rainfall triple, the distance from the road network five times, Moderate annual temperature Eight times, land use is sextuple, and the catchments of the region are double. In other words, the slope is the most influential factor in choosing the Eco-tourism locations of Namkabroud town. After that, three-factor of slope direction, altitude, and annual rainfall is influential in selecting and finding Ecotourism places in Namkabroud town, respectively. Then, using overlapping layers, the important Eco-tourism places of the town were identified, in which four places of Ecotourism importance could be trusted and studied. Two of these four places are parts of the coastal forests of violet and boxwood. Areas that remain almost intact. Therefore, codified management plans can be designed and implemented based on the preservation of Ecotourism attractions on them. But the important point is in a part of the important southern place of Banafsheh Park. Contradictory constructions have been carried out in this area while preserving Ecotourism areas. Most of these constructions are places of entertainment and tourism, including a flight site, restaurant, coffee shop, karting, and shooting club, each of which can cause damage to its Ecotourism features. Government places such as the municipality and the fire brigade are also located in this area, which has no justification for maintaining strategic Ecotourism sites. Important Ecotourism sites located in the east and southeast of the town have become inefficient with unprofessional and irresponsible constructions and have been turned into residential neighborhoods. The last important Ecotourism place in the town is Madoban base mountain, which is known as the cable car area. This place, which is located in the 5th residential neighborhood of town, has created several tourist entertainments sites, such as lines one and two, cable cars, sleds, a cinema, and a smashing machine. In addition, the construction of commercial and residential sites has caused irreparable damage to its Ecotourism importance. Conclusion The following results were obtained in the study of important places in Namakabroud town. Only the places located in the two coastal forests of Banafsheh and Shamshad are almost safe from the bite of unprofessional constructions, while other places have either been inhabited or government and recreational places have been created in them. It is not in line with the goals of preserving sustainable Ecotourism places. Therefore, the proper management of ecotourism areas was evaluated. To be able to properly manage the preservation and sustainability of Namak Abroud Ecotourism vulnerable places are to be proposed. The results of the studies in this section showed that the coastal and foothill areas of the town have the potential for extensive recreation and other important places can develop central recreation, which planners and investors in the tourism sector should implement and Consider constructing tourist sites.

Specific geographic conditions, climatic diversity and special topographic and geomorphic situation of Iran shows unique potentials for ecotourism which is mainly based on the natural extent of geographic areas in western parts of Iran. Yet, tourism and especially nature tourism (eco-tourism) has not been well-developed in this country which shows diverse potentials for the development of ecotourism. Therefore, it is beneficial to consider this issue at local and national level and provide the possibility of changing the poor and isolated areas of western Iran which act as the traditional supporter of their surrounding area.

Theory of sustainable development was proposed in 1970s, and its foundations were implemented gradually by international organizations and national governments. Emphasis on protecting the environment, reducing energy use, preserving environmental values, along with helping local societies in their development are among principles emerged in designing and managing hotels and accommodations, so that since 1990s eco-hotel acts as a distinctive brand in the global market and especially in countries with an active economy in tourism. Eco-tourism management with a particular emphasis on “essential preservation for development and essential development for preservation strategy” seeks to play an active role in the realization of sustainable development according to the agenda agreed by governments. Plans implemented in the process of designing and managing by eco-hotel brand have been so significant that other countries now view its principles a special necessity.
The present article seeks to investigate the basic requirements of approaching eco-hotel in Iran. The results of this documentary-analytic study indicate that Iran environmental values and geographic diversity, along with principled utilization of environmental values and creating maximum adaptability between hotels and residences with the characteristics of every place and area requires the application of particular guidelines

The occurrence of the industrial revolution and, consequently, the emergence of unbridled urbanization created such a density of cars, iron and … in the cities, which faced the inhabitants of these places with many physical and mental problems. On the other hand, the expansion and development of transportation has been so rapid and sudden that the topic of the global village is already realized and tourism has become an important and influential industry that can be the source of many changes, especially in the economic dimension. What is clear is that a country or region can be successful in this regard provided it has comprehensive plans for coherent decision-making and effective management of tourism. The main objective of this paper is to address the potentials and abilities of the urban environment of Shiraz in the field of tourism, review weaknesses and shortcomings, and finally provide some solutions for these deficiencies. Obviously, Shiraz, as the largest and most beautiful city in the southern half of the country that also suffers from numerous problems including unemployment, will be able, by taking these facts into consideration, to play an effective role in the prosperity of the region’s economy by increasing income and creating employment.

Tourism and tourism economics are becoming one of the pillars of the world's commercial economy. In addition, many planners and policy makers consider tourism industry as the main pillar of sustainable development. Travelers and globetrotters are important sources of foreign currency, and governments are working day by day to expand the tourism industry and its new options. In this regard, ecotourism is a kind of tourism that, while preserving natural resources, maintains the well-being, comfort and values of the local people. In this paper, ecotourism and its developmental issues and tourist attractions are described, and ecotourism is considered as a desirable option for the development of tourism in the world as well as in Iran, and it is generally inferred that due to the position of Iran among the first five countries benefiting from the broadest climatic variation in the world, conditions are favorable for any ecotourism investment in Iran. The present research is theoretical and descriptive, conducted through the review of secondary sources and Internet search. In this article, we describe the ecotourism and its concepts, attractions of nature tourism, as well as the ecotourism attractions of Iran.

Geotourism, as a subcategory of ecotourism, has, along with other tourism areas such as rural, cultural, etc., a potential for employment of a great number of related professionals. This industry can have an effective role in the economic development of the country, which is why tourism industry is considered the most important industry in the world. Of course, the idea of a large number of experts and non-experts concerning tourism industry is merely recreational tourism, which is contrary to the new perspective of the subject in the world. In fact, today in many cases tourists from advanced societies are looking for science, culture, and ecological, geomorphologic and geologic attractions. It is worth noting that this industry is still not well known in Iran and potential capabilities of Iran have not yet been evaluated in this regard. With a variety of geomorphologic and geological structures, Iran has a wide variety in this regard and calls for new grounds in the field of tourism industry in the country. According to the abovementioned matters, the identification and marketing of geotourism and ecotourism phenomena in Iran in order to exploit this great potential is unavoidable. In this article, while studying concepts and dimensions of geotourism, it is tried to discuss some of the geotourist general qualities and attractions of Iran.

Urbanization is considered as one of the main causes of formation of tourism. The evolution and concentration of cities has created certain predicaments and constraints for its inhabitants, and continuation of such a process makes people look for an escape to free themselves for some time from the troubles of urban life, and spend some time on entertainment and recreation and renew their exhausted energy. Residents of cities have been forced to make decisions on spending their free time for various reasons, including physical and spatial uniformity of cities, their heterogeneous and unnatural texture, as well as various types of mental disturbances and stresses and environmental and noise pollution.
After the eighteenth century and the Industrial Revolution, a great transformation in the growth, development and emergence of cities arose and various factors such as the transformation of transportation and the speed of exchanges, the emergence of specialization and division of labor, progress in medical sciences and hygiene, and as a result the increase of the population combined with decrease in mortality, expanding immigration, development and concentration of industry and commerce, as well as rising level of income, diversity of businesses, emergence and expansion of mass communication and ... led to the expansion of urban settlement. Subsequently, huge changes occurred in social, economic, environmental and occupational systems, mental stresses increased, noise contamination, neurological disturbances, unruly behaviors and conditions and … appeared. Following the disclosure of the negative aspects of urban life, leisure planning was at the forefront of urban priorities, which led to the birth of tourism and globe-trotting. Tourism (or globe-trotting) is a phenomenon that has existed with its particular forms in human societies from time immemorial, and has gradually evolved along with historical developments to the present age. This phenomenon is generally based on travel and displacement, which is itself the result of various mental, cultural, social and economic needs of mankind.

The Caspian Sea, as the largest lake on the earth, has created many marine and environmental benefits for its surrounding countries, one of which is the existence of favorable environmental conditions and beautiful natural and tourist landscapes on its southern coast, so that Golestan, Mazandaran, and especially Gilan in the north of the country of Iran, forming coasts around 700 km, with many natural tourist attractions such as lush lands, sky-high mountains and forest-covered slopes, Miankaleh wetland, Anzali Lagoon, Noor Parks, Sisangan and Golestan and wildlife habitats, as well as sandy beaches and beautiful and fascinating scenery is one of the largest tourism centers in Iran. The area also has many other tourist attractions, including historical, cultural, social, therapeutic and recreational, and is on the whole very important in terms of recreational tourism and domestic and foreign ecotourism and absorbtion of enthusiasts of the nature and the sea. It is worth knowing that the main source of all these natural and tourist attractions and even the historical record of habitation and civilization on this land is the existence of the Caspian Sea and its numerous environmental, ecological, climatic and economic effects.
These coasts are among the most favorable regions of Iran for the development of the tourism industry, and in particular summer tourism, annually attracting more than twenty-five million tourists, due to natural and special weather conditions in the summer including pleasant summer temperatures, sunny days, sea water temperature, relative humidity, forest cover and beautiful natural scenery, as well as ease of access to Tehran and other populated regions of Iran, enjoyment of facilities, services and recreational establishments and infrastructures. In this paper, prepared in descriptive and analytical research method, while introducing the natural attractions of tourism of the northern shores, the value and importance of the Caspian Sea in creation of these attractions is shown and, finally, solutions are presented for preservation of these attractiveness and optimal use of them in terms of sustainable development of tourism industry in the region.
