Cultural Commonality; trading conditions and relations; common economic resources; determination of foreign policy goals; recognition of spatial conditions and the strategic importance of threating positions; positions and conditions important for imperialist powers; and other issues such as inclination of the region towards crisis, and the imbalance of the political system which is followed by problems such as the imposition of displaced people in neighboring countries emphasizes the importance of attention to geographic considerations of neighboring countries.
