چکیده

استفاده از سیستم اطلاع رسانی جغرافیایی (GIS )به گونه ­ای وسیع جای خود را در میان سایر علوم بازکرده و هم اکنون به عنوان یک ابزار پذیرفته شده از سوی تمامی سیستم­ها و ساختارهای کنونی مورد نظر برای کارکردن در سطح زمین و به ویژه جمعیت انسانی ساکن بر آن، مطرح می­ باشد.
(GIS) همچنین به عنوان یک تکنولوژی منسجم، سیستم (ساختار) در هم ادغام شده و کاهش دهنده اختلافات در بین آنها، در واقع به عنوان پیش شرط­ های (زمینه) مهم و ضروری در ایجاد زیرساخت­ های لازم تحقیقاتی در هر مورد استفاده­ ای وسیع خواهد داشت، مدنظر می­ باشد. مؤلف (نویسنده این متن) سیستم GIS را به عنوان یک نیروی بالقوه برای استفاده از زنجیره­ های وسیع­تری از علوم اجتماعی و نیز تحقیقات علوم اجتماعی و مسائل مرتبط با آنها معرفی می ­نماید.
او در این مقاله به بررسی و ارزیابی نقاط ضعف و قوت تکنولوژی پرداخته و در این راستا شش مفهوم کلیدی را در خصوص نحوه بکارگیری این سیستم (GIS )در علوم اجتماعی را مطرح می­ نماید. او بحث خود را با مفاهیم مرتبط با ابزار و اتصالات دیجیتالی زمین و ارزش­های بالقوه آن به عنوان یک نیروی محرک به پایان می ­برد.

چکیده [English]

The use of Geographic Information System (GIS) has broadly established its prominence among other sciences and is now used as a tool accepted by all existing systems and structures for work at the Earth’s level, and in particular the human population residing on it.
GIS will also have vast applications as a coherent technology, a combined system (structure) reducing the disagreements among them; in fact, as essential prerequisites for creating necessary research infrastructures in each case. The author of this text introduces the GIS as a potential force for using broader chains of social sciences, as well as for social science research and related issues.
In this paper, he examines and evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of technology, and in this regard, he puts forward six key concepts on how to use this system (GIS) in social sciences. He concludes his discussion with concepts related to the ground’s digital tools and connections and their potential values as a driving force.
