چکیده

ارتباط انسانی سنگ بنای جامعه انسانی است و بدون آن هرگز فرهنگ به عنوان خصیصه جامعه انسانی پدید نمی­ آید.
از جانب دیگر گسترش ارتباطات الکترونیک، جامعه جدید را چنان از جوامع پیش متمایز ساخته است که برخی عصر نو را عصر ارتباطات می­ نامند. امروزه ما در عصر ارتباطات بسر می­ بریم که این دوره ویژگی های خاص خود را دارد. بهترین ویژگی عصر اطلاعات، تسهیل و تسریع ارتباطات است. در این مقاله سعی شده است در خصوص اطلاعات و ارتباطات و تأثیر آن بر شهرهای آینده بحث نموده و تأثیر اطلاعات و ارتباطات را در ایجاد دهکده جهانی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار دهیم.

Human communication is the cornerstone of human society without which the culture, as the characteristic of human society, never appears.
On the other hand, the development of electronic communications has made the modern society so distinct from societies of the past that some call the modern times are the era of communication. Today we live in the age of communication, which has its own characteristics. The best feature of the age of information is facilitation and acceleration of communication. In this paper, we have tried to discuss information and communication and their impact on future cities, and to analyze the impact of information and communication on the creation of a global village.
